Rosemont, IL – August 1, 2016 – Chicago-based Venture One Real Estate (“Venture One”) announced today that Kyle Grant has joined the company as an Associate to assist in the analysis, pursuit and diligence of new investments in addition to assisting with portfolio leasing and new market underwriting.
Kyle comes from LaSalle Investment Management where he was an analyst within their acquisitions group focusing on a variety of property sectors throughout the United States. Prior to LaSalle, Kyle was an acquisition analyst at KTR Capital Partners covering the Midwest region. Kyle has worked on the acquisition of 5 million square feet of industrial, multifamily and retail real estate throughout the United States totaling over $500 million. Kyle is a graduate of Villanova University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate.
