One and Kovitz Investment Group, has closed on the acquisition of a 110,015 square foot industrial building on 6.13 acres located at 1020 Lakeside
Drive in Gurnee, Illinois. The property was vacant at acquisition.
The 18’ clear precast building was originally constructed in 1989 and expanded in 1995 and 2001. The building contains 8 docks, 1 drive-in door, heavy
power, 22,375 SF of high quality office and 164 car parking stalls.
Fred Regnery, Jack Rosenberg and Ned Frank of Colliers International represented the Seller in the transaction and will be retained by Venture One to market
