One and Kovitz Investment Group, has closed on the acquisition of a 299,176 square foot industrial building on 12.4 acres located at 315 Kirk Road
in St. Charles, Illinois. The property was fully leased to one tenant at acquisition.
The property consists of two adjacent buildings, the first being constructed in 1969 and the second in 1997, with clear heights ranging from 18’ – 28’,
15 dock high doors and 168 car parking stalls.
