Venture One acquired an obsolete 78,507 SF existing building with 20,000 SF of second story office. We proceeded to demo the building and construction subsequently began on a speculative logistics facility. We were able to secure a small amount of additional land from Elmhurst at no additional cost, so we were able to expand the building’s footprint to 81,212 SF.
The three-unit building was 31% pre-leased to Ferguson Enterprises and the building was sold upon completion to KKR.
