Fresenius-Kabi selected Venture One as developer for their new facility in Venture One’s Stateline 94 Corporate Park. The facility will serve as a distribution site for Fresenius’ broad portfolio of injectable and special pharmaceutical products as well as transfusion technologies.

The building offers immediate access to two newly improved I-94 interchanges at Highway 165 and Russell Rd and is situated ½ mile north of the Illinois-Wisconsin state line. A tax increment district was created, and a development agreement was negotiated by Venture One to fund the infrastructure for the park to make all the sites shovel ready.

The project was financed by Associated Bank. Upon completion the building was sold to MetLife.
