The 24’ clear precast building was constructed in 2000 and is located just minutes from the I-55/I-355 interchange in Chicago’s I-55 submarket. The available
unit offers users amenities such as LED warehouse lighting, 2 dock high doors, 1 drive in door and 2,500 SF of new office space.
