Rosemont, IL – April 16, 2018 – Venture One Real Estate is pleased to announce the promotion of Kyle Grant from Associate to Vice President. In his new position Kyle will take a lead role in the leasing and asset management of Venture One’s 6 million square foot Industrial portfolio.
Kyle joined Venture One in 2016. His prior experience includes Lasalle Investment Management and KTR Capital Partners. He has worked on the acquisition and leasing of over 8 million square feet of industrial, multifamily and retail real estate throughout the United States totaling over $650 million. Kyle is a graduate of Villanova University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate.
