building located at 552-588 W. Taylor Road in Romeoville, Illinois. The property is currently 80% occupied and caters to incubator users seeking an
institutional quality building.
The 22’ clear precast building was constructed in 2007 and features 10 drive in doors, dock high loading and 70 car parking stalls. The building is located within the I-55 submarket of Chicago and is a part of the Paragon Business Park.
Terry Grapenthin and Caroline Dell of Lee & Associates represented the seller in the transaction and will be retained by Venture One to market the property.
