Situated in the Pullman Industrial Park within the City of Chicago, the building offers direct access to I-94 via 111th Street. The building was constructed in 1977 and sits on 5.13 acres of land. It features 22’ clear height, 10 docks, 2 drive-in doors, and has parking for over 129 cars.
