Rosemont, IL – June 29, 2026 – Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial VII, LP, has closed on the acquisition of a 2.68-acre industrial outdoor storage (IOS) site located at 14 Spence Street in Bay Shore, New York. The fully paved, fenced and lit site is equipped with a 2,859 square foot office building and was fully leased at closing.
The site is strategically located with access to I-495 (Long Island Expressway) via 5th Avenue; allowing efficient access to service Long Island and New York’s five Boroughs.
