Rosemont, IL – July 15, 2026 – Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial VII, LP, has closed on the acquisition of a 22,112 square foot multi-tenant industrial building located at 5100-5108 Thatcher Road in Downers Grove, Illinois. The multi-tenant property was 100% leased at closing.
The building was constructed in 1979 and is currently demised into three units. It features 16’ clear height with three exterior docks, two drive-in doors, and has parking for over 30 cars.
