Situated in the North Creek Business Center within Tinley Park, the building offers direct access to I-80 via Harlem Avenue and proximity to Will County’s extensive skilled labor pool. The property sits on 1.79 acres and features 19 foot clear height, two docks, two drive-in doors, and parking for 56 vehicles. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with 3,200 amps of power.
Venture One plans to complete several make-ready improvements, including office renovations, warehouse painting, parking lot resurfacing, and the installation of energy-efficient lighting.
