Brian McDonagh is a Principal and head of the Northeast Region at Venture One.  He leads the firm’s acquisitions, development and asset management for the region.

Since joining Venture One, he has overseen acquisitions totaling over $1 billion, as well as over $200 million of ground-up development.

He is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals (NAIOP). Brian earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business.
