Michael Clewlow

Michael Clewlow leads industrial acquisitions for the Chicago region for Venture One. In his role he oversees the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of transactions on behalf of the firm.

Prior to Venture One, Michael worked at Kroll in the Real Estate Advisory Group, where he focused on the preparation of quarterly appraisals and net asset valuation reports across multiple asset classes. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Economics and Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Michael serves on the NAIOP Developing Leaders Board, most recently as its 2025 President, and is a junior board member of the Daniel Murphy Scholarship Fund.
