Rosemont, IL – January 23, 2018 – Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial IV, LP, a partnership between Venture One and Kovitz Investment Group, has closed on the acquisition of a 38,543-square foot industrial building on 3.12 acres of land located at 939 Tower Road in Mundelein, Illinois. The acquisition was a sale-leaseback with American Marketing Services.
The precast building features 24’ clear height, T-5 Lighting, 4 exterior docks, 1 drive-in door and 6,281 square feet of high quality office space. Additionally, the property has 0.6 acres of additional land that could accommodate a 18,000 square foot building expansion, additional car parking or trailer parking.
