Rosemont, IL – February 28, 2020 – Venture One Real Estate’s VK Industrial IV, LP, a partnership between Venture One and Kovitz Investment Group, closed on February 28th the sale of a 1.9M square foot, 28-building industrial portfolio to Boston based, Taurus Investment Holdings.
The portfolio consisted of more than 1.9M square feet of industrial, distribution and manufacturing space located across 11 of 19 of Chicago’s submarkets. Venture One Real Estate continues to manage the properties for Taurus.

The sale marks the second time Venture One and Taurus transacted in the past 22 months. In June 2018, Venture One and Taurus recapitalized a 2.9M square foot, 51-building industrial portfolio.
