Rosemont, IL – June 30, 2020 – Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial V, LP, a partnership between Venture One and Kovitz Investment Group, has closed on the acquisition of a 100,562 square foot industrial building located at 111 Washington Boulevard in Mundelein, Illinois. The single-tenant building was 100% leased at acquisition.
The building was constructed in 1973 and sits on 4.03 acres of land. It features 18’ clear height, 10 docks, 1 drive-in door and 5,000 amps of power.
