The property is fully leased to a single tenant.
The building was constructed in 1978 and features 5 exterior docks and 20 car parking stalls. The property is equipped with 3,188 SF of office space and is located 3.4 miles from the Benjamin Franklin Bridge and 6.0 miles from I-295.
