Venture One Fund Acquires 16,744 Sq. Foot Leased Industrial Building in Romeoville, IL

Rosemont, IL – September 8, 2020 – Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial V, LP, a partnership between Venture One and Kovitz Investment Group, has closed on the acquisition of an 16,744 square foot industrial building located at 1343 Lakeside Drive in Romeoville, Illinois. The precast building is 100% leased to one tenant.
The building was constructed in 1999 and sits on 1.00 acre of land. It features 22’ clear height, 2 exterior docks, 2 drive-in doors and parking for 20 cars. Venture One secured the tenant prior to closing on the building vacant.
