The precast building is 100% leased to one tenant.
The building was constructed in 1980 and sits on 6.80-acres of land. It features 21’ clear height, 9 docks, 1 drive-in door, parking for 120 cars and 4,820 square feet of office space. Additionally, it is fully air conditioned and has food grade improvements.
