Venture One Fund Acquires 196,300 Square-foot Industrial Building in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin

Rosemont, IL – March 15, 2022 – Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial V, LP, a partnership between Venture One and Kovitz Investment Group, has closed on the acquisition of a 196,300 square-foot industrial building located at 10550 86th Avenue in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The property was partially leased to two tenants at the time of acquisition.

The Class A multi-tenant precast building sits on 11.63-acres of land. The building features 20 exterior docks, 3 drive-in doors, parking for 160 cars, 35’ clear height and an ESFR sprinkler system. The building is located in the LakeView Corporate Park.

Mike Tenteris, Adam Tyler and Keith Puritz of Cushman & Wakefield represented the Seller in the transaction. Keith Puritz, Eric Fischer and Marc Samuels will be retained to market the remaining 47,932 SF unit for Venture One.
