Rosemont, IL – May 31, 2022 – Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial VI, LP, a partnership between Venture One and Kovitz Investment Group, has closed on the acquisition of a 25,687 square foot industrial building located at 221 Shore Court in Burr Ridge, Illinois. The building is 100% leased to one tenant.

The building was constructed in 1990 and sits on 1.00-acres of land. It features 18’ clear height, 2 exterior docks, 1 drive-in door, parking for 49 cars and 8,706 square feet of office space. Additionally, it is fully air conditioned.
