Venture One Fund Acquires 30,356 Sq. Foot Industrial Building in Vernon Hills, Illinois

Rosemont, IL – October 19, 2020 – Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial V, LP, a partnership between Venture One and Kovitz Investment Group, has closed on the acquisition of a 30,356 square foot industrial building located at 450 Corporate Drive in Vernon Hills, Illinois. The acquisition was a sale-leaseback with H&H Graphics.
The building was constructed in 1991 and sits on 1.83 acres of land. It has 2 docks, 1 drive-in door and parking for 40 cars. Additionally, the property is fully air conditioned and is equipped with 1,600 amps of power.
