Rosemont, IL – February 16, 2023 – Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial VI, LP, a partnership between Venture One and Kovitz Investment Group, has closed on the acquisition of a 94,262 square foot industrial building located at 2121 Landmeier Road in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The acquisition was a sale-leaseback.
The building was constructed in 1966 and sits on 4.65-acres of land. It features 18’ clear height, 6 exterior docks, 4 interior docks, 2 drive-in doors and parking for over 100 cars and 10 trailer stalls.
