Venture One Fund Acquires Three Building, 197,600 Square Foot Industrial Portfolio in Boynton Beach, FL

Rosemont, IL – APR 16, 2024 – Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial VI, LP, has closed on the acquisition of a 197,600 square foot, 3-building industrial portfolio located at 1200, 1210, & 1220 SW 35th Avenue in Boynton Beach, Florida. The portfolio was over 90% leased at closing with one 9,200 SF vacant unit.

The Class A buildings were constructed between 2000 and 2019 and feature 30-35’ clear heights, ESFR sprinklers and a combination of dock high and drive-in loading positions. Suites range from 9,000 SF to 44,000 SF, with a majority having AC throughout the warehouse. The portfolio is well located in south Palm Beach County along the I-95 corridor.
