351-355 Hastings Drive in Buffalo Grove, Illinois is a 68,735 square foot multi-tenant industrial building which was constructed in 1998. The 24’ clear, precast building is equipped with 6 exterior docks, 6 drive-in doors, and 10,355 SF of office.
2770 Alft Lane in Elgin, Illinois is a 246,446 square foot multi-tenant industrial building which was constructed in 2015. The 32’ clear, precast building is equipped with 40 exterior docks, 4 drive-in doors, an ESFR sprinkler system and 7,423 SF of office.
1881 Normantown Road in Romeoville, Illinois is a 226,102 square foot industrial building which was constructed in 2017. The 32’ clear, precast building is equipped with 35 exterior docks, 2 drive-in doors, an ESFR sprinkler system, 3,179 SF of office and parking for 40 trailers.
