Venture One Fund Acquires Two Building Industrial Portfolio in Mundelein, Illinois

ROSEMONT, IL – June 28, 2022 – Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial VI, LP, a partnership between Venture One and Kovitz Investment Group, has closed on the acquisition of a 144,705 square foot, 2-building industrial portfolio located at 845 High Street and 262 Shaddle Avenue in Mundelein, Illinois. The portfolio is 100% leased to one tenant.

845 High Street is a 116,892 square foot industrial building which was constructed in 1996 and expanded in 2010. The precast building features 27’ clear height, 11 exterior docks, 2 drive-in doors and 4,826 SF of office.

262 Shaddle Avenue is a 27,813 square foot building which was constructed in 2002. The building is equipped with 3 exterior docks, 1 drive-in door and 1,395 SF of office.
