Chicago – Venture One Real Estate, LLC, has closed on a 236,000 square foot portfolio of eleven industrial buildings located at 901 to 1120 North DuPage Avenue in Lombard, Illinois. The properties were acquired from Parkway Development Co.
The buildings range in size from 12,800 to 37,300 square feet and have an overall occupancy of approximately 75%.

Venture One plans to renovate and refresh the properties including new energy efficient lights and office renovations. Available units range in size from 2,500 to 18,000 square feet.

Justin Lerner and Joseph Karmin of Transwestern have been hired to market the properties.
