Chicago – Venture One Real Estate in Partnership with DRA Advisors has closed on a 517,000 square foot industrial facility located at 6750 Daniel Burnham Drive in Portage, Indiana.
The building was built in 2003 and features 30’ clear ceilings, 48 docks (expandable), and over 120 potential trailer parking stalls.
141,000 square feet are vacant and can be demised into two spaces. The vacancy has 19 docks and can offer trailer parking and heavy car parking ratios.

Brian Vanosky, Tim McCahill and Justin Fierz of Lee and Associates represented the seller and will be retained to market the building for Venture One.
