Chicago – Venture One Real Estate, LLC, through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial II, LP, has acquired a 99,313 square foot vacant industrial building at 6969 W 73rd Street in Bedford Park, Illinois.
The single-tenant industrial building sits on 4.8 acres and features six loading docks, four drive-in-doors, 21.5’ clear ceilings, and 2,500 square feet of office. Venture One plans to renovate the building upon acquisition.
Larry Much, Ben Cremer and Michael Robbins of NAI Hiffman represented Venture One on the purchase and will be retained to continue marketing the facility.
