The property will be marketed for sale or lease.
The building was constructed in 1968, expanded in 1992 and sits on 6.13 acres of land. It features 24’ clear height, 8 exterior docks, 1 drive-in doors and 2,400 amps of power.

Colin Green, Larry Goldwasser, Matt Cowie and Michelle Maguire of Cushman & Wakefield represented the Seller in the transaction and will be retained by Venture One to market the property.
