Rosemont, IL – July 30, 2019 – Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial IV, LP, a partnership between Venture One and Kovitz Investment Group, has closed on the acquisition of a 140,792 square foot industrial building located at 4000 S Racine Avenue in Chicago, Illinois. The property will be marketed for sale or lease.
The building was constructed in 1968, expanded in 1992 and sits on 6.13 acres of land. It features 24’ clear height, 8 exterior docks, 1 drive-in doors and 2,400 amps of power.

Colin Green, Larry Goldwasser, Matt Cowie and Michelle Maguire of Cushman & Wakefield represented the Seller in the transaction and will be retained by Venture One to market the property.
