ROSEMONT, IL - January 20, 2026 – Chicago-based industrial investor and developer, Venture One Real Estate is proud to announce that Michael Clewlow has been promoted to Principal.
Michael joined the firm in 2020 as an acquisition analyst in the company’s Chicago headquarters. Over the past five years, he has sourced more than 7 million square feet of acquisitions totaling $600 million across 93 buildings in 87 transactions. During that same period, he completed 3 million square feet of dispositions totaling $475 million across 67 buildings.
