Rosemont, IL – February 11, 2026 – Venture One Real Estate is pleased to announce the groundbreaking of a 1.2 million square foot, state-of-the-art industrial facility for John Deere in Hebron, Indiana. The project represents a significant expansion for John Deere and reinforces Venture One’s commitment to delivering best-in-class industrial facilities for leading global manufacturers.
The build-to-suit facility will be developed on a strategically located site offering direct access to major interstate highways, regional labor pools, and key Midwest logistics corridors. The Class A facility will feature design specifications tailored to John Deere’s operational needs. This project further underscores Venture One’s ability to execute complex, large-scale developments for credit tenants. The project is expected to be completed in Q1 2027.
