Venture One Fund Acquires 107,086 Square Foot Industrial Building in Buffalo Grove, Illinois

Rosemont, IL – July 29, 2022 – Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial VI, LP, a partnership between Venture One and Kovitz Investment Group, has closed on the acquisition of a 107,086 square-foot industrial building located at 887 Deerfield Parkway in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. The property was vacant at the time of acquisition.

The single-tenant building sits on 9.16-acres of land. The building features 3 docks, 1 drive-in door, and parking for over 400 cars. Additionally, the property is fully air-conditioned. Venture One’s planned make ready improvements include, demolition of approximately 80,000 square feet of office space and conversion back to warehouse, warehouse paint and lights, parking lot sealing and striping and landscaping.

Keith Puritz, Eric Fischer, Brett Kroner and Sean Kropke of Cushman & Wakefield represented the Seller in the transaction and will be retained to market the property for Venture One.
