The masonry building is 100% leased to one tenant.

The building was constructed in 1967 and sits on 1.41-acres of land. It features 14’ clear height, 3 docks, 1 drive-in door, parking for 44 cars and 6,904 square feet of office space. Additionally, it is fully air-conditioned.
